This year, plans will continue to be developed for a Massillon Road construction project that would improve traffic flow with the addition of roundabouts at state Route 619 and Stein Road. The project would begin in 2017 or 2018, and when complete, Massillon Road will stand out as a signature corridor and gateway to the community, he said. Also in the engineering phase is a project being called The Box, Norton said. This project also would address traffic flow around Massillon Road and may include a roundabout in front of Giant Eagle. He said Graybill Road at Massillon Road will be widened this year to include a dedicated left and right turn lane. In addition, the city will resurface Moore, Wise and Sweitzer roads in 2015.
